We're hiring Skilled Fish Filleters for our client, a growing seafood company based in East Cork. Employing over 40 people across processing, smokehouse and onsite retail shops, the company is poised for continued expansion into new markets and premium product development.

What You’ll Do:
- Fillet fish with precision and minimal waste
- Cut and debone meat or fish to top standards
- Inspect raw materials for quality and freshness
- Meet production and order deadlines efficiently
- Collaborate with a supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in butchery, fish filleting, or meat de-boning
- Strong knife skills and efficiency
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Attention to detail and high-quality work
- Team player with a proactive attitude
