We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team at a busy and well-established fitness club in Gym Plus Rathfarnham.
About the Role:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality fitness training and guidance to our members. You will lead various fitness classes, tailor training sessions to meet individual needs, and provide a supportive, motivating environment to help clients reach their fitness goals.
This is a full-time position, with the option for personal training opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to HIIT, Circuits, Spin, and Strength Training.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions for members looking for more tailored fitness programs.
- Provide fitness assessments and help clients set realistic goals.
- Create and maintain a safe and motivating environment during all fitness sessions.
- Offer expert advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes to enhance member health and fitness.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 Fitness Instructor Qualification (essential).
- Previous experience in leading group fitness classes (preferred but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Personal training certification is a plus.
- Experience in creating and leading dynamic, engaging classes is highly desirable.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
