Your Responsibilities:
- Vehicle maintenance and repair process to ensure vehicle down time is minimised
- Be aware of daily requirements and complete workload in a timely manner
- Cleaning of vehicles both internal and external ensuring quality throughout
- Complete fleet safety and maintenance checks
- Follow required processes to ensure fleet records are accurate and reliable
- Ensure the highest level of attention to the security of company fleet and assets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
- Ad hoc duties in line with business needs
Key Skills:
- Team player with excellent presentation, customer service and IT skills including Microsoft
- Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good communications skills - both written and verbal
- Full Clean driving licence
- Will be required to attend health assessment for role
- Work an agreed roster 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
- Mechanical knowledge a plus. i.e. checking oil, tyres etc
