ISS Facilities Services are seeking an experienced FM manager to join our team in an exciting Galway location.
To work with the existing catering team in the provision of seasonal food in line with the ISS brand and to a standards of quality, food hygiene and health and safety.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Food Production
Tasks
· Manage FM and Cleaning teams & support Catering team in Galway
· Manage Leixlip team
· Ensure all PPM’s / reactive calls are closed on time
· Join all ISS & client meetings (Ops, Tech, etc)
· Manage all subcontractors attending - permits, RAMS, etc
· Ensure all TBT’s, safety flashes, HSEQ calls are cascaded to teams
· Upload all teams hours weekly on ASI
· Ensure all AssessNet RAMS, CRA’s, inspections, etc are ‘audit ready’
· Complete HPE KPI’s on sharepoint monthly - janitorial audit, velocity, shipping & receiving, etc
· Ensure all team members training & LMS are up to date
· Order all cleaning consumables (bi-monthly for Galway)
· Present monthly budget / variance file to client → KAM
· Present monthly BRM’s to KAD/KAM
· Conduct BCP’s & orchestrate any ERT activities across sites
· Conduct appraisals / performance reviews with teams
· Lead smaller projects & assist with larger projects across sites
· Prepare annual controllable and F&H budgets for client
· Provide reports & mgmt info to KAM as required
· Available for on call rotation
· Monthly GEM call with team

Experience / Person Specification
· Must have full legal rights to work in the country. Evidence will be required
· A relevant third level qualification in hospitality, retail, or related discipline.
· At least 10 years’ experience at management level within the Hospitality industry.
· Proven people manager and leader capable of developing people and teams with at least 10 years of people management experience.
· Proven commercial track record, able to demonstrate the formulation and implementation of contract winning proposals
· Proactive at keeping current with the latest technologies
· Strong operations background ensuring value added and effective contribution and oversight.
· Must be a team player.
· A minimum of 5 year’s experience with supply chain management including the tendering of contracts and subsequent monitoring
Job Dimensions:
STRATEGIC
· Provide strategic leadership and oversight for ISS activities in relation to all aspects of our food service delivery in Ireland
· Support the ISS Key Account Director and Ireland Leadership Team with the development of client centric value propositions / tenders to support new business growth and retention
· Design, develop and get stakeholder agreement and implement a business strategy that delivers on the ISS commitments for the customers
· Working with Global ISS Team to design, implement, deliver, and sustain best-in-class innovative food service-related programmes, including menu and concept development, customer engagement programmes, introduction of technology and practices that have a positive impact on sustainability
· Enshrine safety, quality and operational excellence culture as a value within the Catering Team’s across the estate and ensures that these programmes are sustained.
· Establish and meet targeted country and global objectives, ensuring department objectives are aligned, translated to all and visually managed to drive performance result.
· Use metrics to provide operational insights and to further embed a data driven culture as catalyst for continuous improvement.
· Responsible for the establishment & management of a robust supply chain ensuring continuity of supply, quality of product & service, flexibility, and commercial proposition
OPERATIONS
· You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, Site Leads and the on-site catering teams to ensure that the service meets business needs
· Responsibility for ensuring that our Food Service Solution meet the requirements of the individual MSA’s/Contracts for each client
· Provide appropriate leadership and to ensure catering facilities and equipment layout, delivers an efficient and cost-effective service to our clients
· Develop and implement robust processes to drive an environment of right-first time.
