We have a fantastic Full Time vacancy for a Food & Beverage Supervisor in the excellent 4 Star Claregalway Hotel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the day to day operation of the Food & Beverage Operation, leading by example, to achieve the highest level of Guest satisfaction.
- To ensure that all areas in your department are kept clean at all times. All areas must be maintained organised as per standards and checklists.
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in special projects and assignments.
- To deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Makes recommendations with respect to Food & Beverage promotions in order to achieve service delivery objectives
- Cross departmental shifts within food & beverage outlets will be expected due to business needs
- Where applicable recommends and introduces products to improve the service delivery system as it relates to the business.
- Ensuring food and beverage cash handling and HR compliance procedures are adhered to
- Participate with menu reviews
- Assists in the purchasing of inventory.
- Monitor, maintain and follow all service and operational procedures as laid out in your checklists, operational standards and employee handbook.
- Communicates fire, emergency and health and safety procedures in compliance with the health and safety statement.
- To ensure that all reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
- Monitoring of rosters and staffing on a daily basis.
- To report for duty on time and in the correctly presented uniform.
- To accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests.
- To attend all training courses as notified to you.
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
- One year experience in both a Food & Beverage Supervisor role in the hospitality industry
- Customer focus.
- Attention to detail.
- Ambition to develop.
- Excellent level of English both oral and written
- Must be available to work full time both midweek and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
