Job Description:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and professional atmosphere. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering 5-star service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records using our dental software
- Take payments, process invoices, and handle basic admin duties
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Uphold confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front-desk, receptionist, or customer service role (dental/healthcare experience is a plus)
- Professional, well-presented, and positive demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and capable of multitasking in a busy environment
- Confident with IT systems (experience with Exact SOE preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
