Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Consultant to join our dynamic new team at The Fragrance Shop Blanchardstown. Located in one of our over 200 successful stores across the UK, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and promoting our extensive range of luxury fragrances. This is a unique role within the store, having responsibility for greeting customers and being the first point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into store.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to the customer's needs and passing them to the relevant colleague to help.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our fragrance offerings and brand stories.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that draw customers in.
- Participate in promotional events and campaigns to boost store visibility and sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience as a Host/ Greeter/ Front of House is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A keen interest in fragrances and beauty products is a plus.

Rate of pay is dependent on age but meets National Minimum Wage.
