Job Description
- Responsible for all facets of the salon’s operations, cleanliness, staffing, customer service, financial performance, product stock
- Will help foster the culture through self-leadership, passion, integrity, creativity and hospitality
- Ensure the department and staff provide a genuinely elegant, relaxing, and memorable experience for our clients
- Ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures and coaching staff
- Expected to maintain service & profitability goals, and create/maintain a fun and rewarding experience for our staff and guests

Qualifications
- To be hard-working and with a passion for business development and growth
- Have passion for customer service and customer experience
- Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills (English).
- Ability to build a strong & productive team environment.
- Strategic thinker; ability to analyze and solve issues quickly.
- Preferred experience in management, with strong business orientation.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrate strong leadership ability.

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
