Handsome Burger are on the look out for an experienced Front of House staff member to join the team!

This role is only suited to someone fully flexible and available to work each day from 10am.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Greeting and Seating: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanour, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently.
● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering guest questions, making recommendations, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
● Order Management: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
● Table Maintenance: Monitor restaurant area, ensure tables are clean and reset promptly for new guests. Maintain overall tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant area.
● Cash Handling: Handle all bills and payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and security in line with the company cash handling policy.
● Problem Solving: Address any customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude, aiming for quick resolution and customer satisfaction. Inform the supervisor or manager on duty of any customer complaints or concerns.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
● Cleanliness: Check and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, toilets and all public areas.
Pay starting from €13.50 per hour, plus a Sunday premium of €0.50 per hour.
Candidates must be available to work from 10am each day throughout the year.
