We’re looking for a positive, energetic Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Little Green, Portmarnock. The sister restaurant of the Greenery Malahide. It is a small busy, all-day neighbourhood restaurant right in the centre of Portmarnock Village..
Whether it’s a buzzing brunch or taco's for dinner( Thurs to Sunday)l, we’re all about good food, great coffee, and warm service—and we need someone who can lead our team through those busy shifts with a smile.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting and leading the front-of-house team during busy service
- Helping things run smoothly on the floor—, managing bookings, keeping service upbeat and efficient
- Jumping in where needed—taking orders, serving, making coffees if needed
- Being a friendly and calm point of contact for customers and staff alike
- Keeping an eye on standards—cleanliness, customer care, and team morale
- Helping train new team members and showing them the rope
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in a fast-paced café or restaurant—you know what a weekend brunch rush feels like!
- Some barista experience is a big plus (we serve a LOT of coffee!)
- Great communication and team leadership skills
- Someone calm under pressure, who enjoys staying organised and upbeat even on the busiest days
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
