Kinnitty Castle Hotel is currently looking to Hire a Front Office Manager. This role would suit an experienced Front Office Manager or a Senior Receptionist/Supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.
Reporting to: The Front Office Manager will report directly to the General Manager.
Main Objective: The Front Office Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department ensuring guest’s requests are met at all times and revenue is maximized.
Requirements:
- 1 Years previous experience ESSENTIAL for this Role. Candidates without need not apply
- 4* Hotel Experience advantage but not essential
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent time Management & ability to muti-task
- Hotsoft Experience advantage
