At Westport Woods Hotel, our Accommodation department plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable stay. We’re looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accommodation Assistants to join our team. This role is mainly afternoon and evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of bedrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
- Check that everything in the room is in perfect working order.
- Be a friendly, welcoming face for guests in the corridors, delivering excellent customer service with every interaction.
