Full time, permanent baker required. Experience in baking essential (we have a four deck chandley oven). 5am starts and usually finished by 2pm.
Ability to work as part of a team essential and a great knowledge of current trends in the industry would be an advantage.
Duties will include baking various cakes and breads from scratch. Cleaning as you go through the day. Organizing work load evenly throughout the week so that the busy weekends are manageable. General cleaning & keeping HACCP records, finishing cakes & logs and presenting products on display for sale.
