The Role: We're seeking a passionate and career-focused Full-Time Barista to join our crew. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a long-term career with us. You'll be a key part of our team, consistently serving exceptional espresso-based drinks, a range of specialty beverages, and food, while upholding our core values and food safety standards. This role also includes contributing to stock management and training new team members.

What We Expect:
- Barista Expertise:
You must have proper, hands-on experience in a busy specialty coffee environment. We are an espresso-based coffee shop (no filter coffee), and we need someone who can hit the ground running. You'll also be responsible for preparing a range of specialty drinks using our unique house-made syrups and sauces. Proficiency in weighing doses, managing yields, and producing quality latte art, particularly with plant-based milks.
- Food Service: Be comfortable serving a variety of food items to customers.
- Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, friendly attitude.
- Team Leadership: Assist with training new staff members and help with ordering and stock responsibilities.
- Food Safety: A solid understanding and strict adherence to HACCP procedures and all food safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
