Requirements
- 1 year's experience in a similar role
- IT literate
- Microsoft Office experience
- Opera experience a preferable but training will be given
- Friendly, positive, approachable character
- Organised and attention to detail
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
- Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Checking guests in and out
