About Us:
The Clermont is an upscale dining destination known for premium food, fine beverages, and exceptional guest service. We are now looking for an experienced Full-Time Server to join our front-of-house team.
Role Overview:
As a server, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to our guests. You’ll work closely with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service throughout each guest’s dining experience.
- Take and manage orders accurately while communicating effectively with the kitchen & bar.
- Confidently recommend dishes, wines, and cocktails.
- Assist with daily floor set-up, section management, and closing duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are always upheld.
- Support the wider team during busy service periods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2/3 years’ restaurant service experience in a similar busy environment.
- Excellent guest service skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Must be able to work midweek shifts.
