Furniture sales person required for a leading furniture store.
Part-time contract role available for the right candidate for 6 months. Potential for permanent, possibly full-time role in future.
The primary focus of the role will be customer sales.
This role will also include dealing with customer telephone queries, ordering stock for customer, keeping on top of customer deliveries, prices, payments.
At times the role will involve displaying stock (an eye for shop display/merchandising would be a great asset), unloading supplier deliveries, all the time working with the store manager and his team. Some lifting may be involved.
The successful candidate will be required to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday) as part of their 21 hour week.
Sales experience preferred, but training given to the right candidate. Outgoing, determined, hard working, polite and courteous personality required.
Final salary level will be dependent on the experience level of the most suitable candidate. Opportunities to grow and develop within the Group based on performance.
