Gas Engineer / Plumber – Residential Only
Location: Covering Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, Laois, Kilkenny & Waterford
Salary: €25 – €28 per hour (depending on experience)
LL Solutions is a growing property maintenance & refurbishment company, and we’re looking for a qualified Gas Engineer / Plumber to join our expanding team. We look after residential units only – both tenanted and vacant – and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work with care, reliability, and a bit of good humour.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plumbing & gas work across residential maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Working in both tenanted and vacant homes
• Covering multiple counties across the mid-west and south-east
• Dealing with tenants and property managers in a respectful, professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
• Fully qualified and certified gas engineer / plumber
• Good attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Calm, friendly nature – great with people and a team player
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Full clean driving licence
