Energie Fitness Tallaght are currently recruiting for a Full Time Club Manager for their new 12,000 sq ft Facility. Our facility includes the most advanced equipment – free weights area, private studio, beginners area, functional/plyometric area, plate loaded equipment and brand new shower and changing facilities.
Energie Fitness are looking for a talented leader who believes in living a healthy way of life and helping our members do the same.
As our Club Manager, you would be responsible for;
- Demonstrating personal leadership skills and success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and retention goals
- Monitor daily targets of staff members and ensure all members of staff are performing in all areas of their job roles.
- Maintaining high standard of CRM efficiency and training staff on all systems
- Coach staff through role-playing and shadowing club tours, giving them tools to improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills
- Assure compliance with all club and standard operating procedures.
- Meet daily with staff on a one-on-one to review weekly and monthly sales and goals, assess individual performance, and review the business plan.
- Plan daily, weekly, monthly outreach activities, as well a prepare & execute the Monthly sales planner, Monthly KPI reports, Quarterly & Annual Marketing plans to drive the business forward
- Complete high volume of calls on a daily basis to HOT prospects interested to join (not cold calling).
- To work closely with the Franchisees to ensure that the facilities and services being delivered are fun, high quality, safe and conform to énergie brand standards
- Maintaining all equipment and mechanical plant in a clean and safe condition, if necessary, calling upon the appropriate contractors.
Qualifications;
Education & Experience
- Four Year College Degree (preferred)
- Polished and professional appearance
- Fitness Qualification and REP’s Ireland Registration is essential for this role
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership and management experience required (must have industry experience)
- Proven track record in leading teams to achieve sales goals in a fast paced environment
- Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
