We are currently recruiting General Operatives to support production across multiple departments in our state-of-the-art facility. These roles are ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Available Roles Include:
- CNC Operators
- Bentler
- Vertimax
- SLP
- Toughening Plant Operators
- DG Lines
- Cutting Tables
CNC experience is a strong advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who:
- Perform tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Are flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
- Thrive in a team-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Department Manager or Line Leader
- Follow directions from the Line Leader and assist in meeting production goals
- Ensure all products are produced safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
- Contribute to daily production targets
- Strictly adhere to Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs), as well as all safety and quality procedures
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Experience in the glass industry is a distinct advantage
- CNC machinery knowledge will be considered a plus
