Duties & Responsibilities
- Chopping: Prepare vegetables for fermentation by chopping them to the required sizes.
- Packaging: Ensure that fermented products are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Production: Assist in the overall production process, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Availability: Must be available for mid-week and weekend shifts.
