We’re Hiring
Mitros is growing and we’re looking for people to join our in-house solar crew. If you’ve done a bit of labouring, worked on building sites, farms or with tools, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be trained on everything you need and supported from the start. All we ask is that you’re willing to graft, show up on time, and work well in a team.
Who This Suits:
- Labourers, site workers, trades helpers, or anyone hands-on
- Comfortable with tools and working outdoors
- Not afraid of heights and able to climb ladders safely
- Keen to learn and grow into a proper skilled trade
- Reliable, decent attitude, and able to work well with others
What You’ll Do:
- Support the installation of solar panels on rooftops
- Help lay out and fix mounting systems
- Carry panels, use hand tools, and keep the site tidy
- Assist with cable runs and setup for the electrical team
- Travel nationwide with the crew (lifts or van from Cashel provided)

About Mitros:
We’re a solar company based in Cashel. All work is done by our own crews – no subcontracting. That means better standards, proper team culture, and a place to build a real trade in renewables. Pay: €35,000.00-€41,000.00 per year
