As a General Production Operative, your primary responsibility will be supporting the day-to-day operations on the production line. You will work closely with the team to ensure the smooth and efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to follow processes accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine checks and quality control at various stages of production
- Ensure that production meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials for production
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production delays to supervisors
- Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of materials and finished products
