Job Title: Gift Packing & Shipping Assistant – Donnybrook Fair
Location: Donnybrook Fair, Morehampton Road
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Mon to Fri however some flexibility may be required from time to time
Employment Type: Fixed Term, Sept until 24th of December

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Packing & Shipping Assistant to support our operations in preparing and dispatching gift orders for Donnybrook Fair. This role is key to ensuring our high-quality gifts are beautifully presented and delivered on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack a variety of gift items in accordance with company standards.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet daily shipping targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous experience in packing, shipping, or a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
