Role Summary
As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing creative, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital and print channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visuals that support campaigns, events, product promotions, and internal communications.
This role suits someone with a creative mindset, excellent design skills, and the ability to translate ideas into visually impactful content that resonates with our audience.
Key Functions and Activities
- Create engaging designs for marketing campaigns across print and digital channels (brochures, ads, social media, email, website etc).
- Work with the marketing team and commercial teams to develop graphics, layouts, and templates that align with brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials for trade shows, exhibitions, and CPD training events.
- Produce and edit digital assets including infographics, social media visuals, presentations, and video graphics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure consistency and quality in all creative output.
- Maintain and evolve Duggan Veterinary Supplies’ brand identity across all platforms.
- Prepare artwork for print, ensuring technical accuracy and brand compliance.
Key Skills & Experience
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, ideally within marketing or communications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across digital and print design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects an advantage).
- Knowledge of design for digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and web.
- Understanding of print processes and preparing artwork for production.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
