We're Hiring: Full Time Coach (Experienced)
Salary: €32,000–€36,000 (based on experience and impact)

We’re looking to hire an experienced, high-quality coach to join our team full time.
Evolutis is a busy group personal training gym with a strong sense of community and a high standard of coaching. We typically work with busy 40+ parents. Our sessions run at a 10 to 1 member to coach ratio with members training in pods, following structured training cycles that prioritise strength, technique, and long term results.
We want someone who can hit the ground running, ideally with 1 to 2 years’ experience coaching in a similar environment. You’ll be confident on the gym floor, but also coachable and open to feedback. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their coaching, a team player who’s proactive, detail oriented, and always looking to go the extra mile to help members and support the team.
This is not a place for clock watchers or box tickers. We want someone who genuinely loves coaching, thrives on helping others, and wants to be part of a team that’s always trying to raise the bar.
You’ll work closely with a team of full time coaches, with ongoing hands on CPD, workshops, development plans and weekly team communication. We invest a lot in our coaching team and have a strong support structure in place, but we also expect a high standard of ownership, accountability, and initiative in return.

This role is for you if you:
- Have 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar coaching environment
- Are confident delivering high quality coaching in a group PT setting
- Are proactive and take ownership when things need to be done
- Are detail oriented and take pride in high standards
- Genuinely care about helping others and building relationships
- Are calm under pressure and can adapt on the fly
- Love working as part of a team and supporting others
- Are happy to assist with onboarding, inductions and check ins
- Can handle sign up and sales queries in person or on the phone
- Are confident using Google Drive, booking systems and IT tools and systems
This is a full time role (up to 40 hours per week) and includes:

Hiring process:

4. Attend 3 training sessions as a member
5. Coach 1 to 2 sessions on 3 separate days
We’ll be flexible around current work or study commitments and work with you to find suitable times. The in gym visits are a key part of the process. We want to get a real feel for who you are, how you coach, and how you interact with members.
