We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Group Social Media Executive (Part-Time Contract, 3 days per week) to join our Marketing team in Cork. This is a delivery-focused role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of organic social content across the Cliste Hospitality portfolio.
You will work closely with the Creative & Social Manager to ensure all approved content is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time across all brand platforms. You'll play a vital part in maintaining the operational rhythm of our social media channels, ensuring our content is engaging and aligned with our group strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Scheduling & Publishing: You will execute platform-specific social strategies, scheduling and publishing content for both Group and individual hotel accounts. Your role includes ensuring posts are delivered on time, to the correct platforms, and in the right formats.
- Content Creation: You will create promotional content like Reels, videos, and graphics using our existing Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This includes cross-checking copy, visuals, and links to ensure error-free delivery.
- Community Management: You will be responsible for responding to DMs, comments, and tagged content in a timely manner, using each brand's unique tone of voice.
- Reporting & Optimisation: You will help build and manage audience segmentation and track performance data to optimise content strategies, improve engagement, and drive follower growth.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- A 3rd level qualification in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
- Preferable experience in a social media role within a digital agency, hospitality, or a consumer-facing brand.
- Proven experience with social content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a creative flair and strong attention to detail.
- A highly creative eye, with videography and photography skills being an advantage.
- A good knowledge of social and digital marketing reporting and an analytical mindset.
