What You’ll Do
- (Approx. 60% Business Development / 40% Delivery Support)
- Identify and engage employers across sectors such as construction, healthcare, and engineering
- Convert inbound enquiries and outbound outreach into signed recruitment projects
- Present tailored recruitment and employment permit solutions to new and existing clients
- Advise on timelines, documentation, and compliance for both international and domestic hires
- Coordinate documentation for permit and visa applications
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client delivery and high retention
Who You Are
- Proven communicator with a knack for managing leads and employer relationships
- Detail oriented and dependable; ideally with experience in compliance, admin, HR, or visa & permit processing
- Highly organised with strong writing skills and capable of working remotely
- Experienced with or quick to learn CRM systems, G-Suite, and newly emerging tech tools
