About Jentic

At Jentic we are building the core infrastructure for AI agents, enabling them to access tools of the modern world - APIs, workflows and even other AI agents - and to know how to use them securely, safely and efficiently. Backed by top-tier investors and led by repeat founders, we’re a hands-on team building in the open and moving fast with a clear vision to establish a major platform for the future of software and work.

We’re not just an AI company, but an AI-native company. We’re building a focused and highly-productive team, in which everyone is amplified with AI, and where everyone shares personal and financial ownership in our mission. Joining Jentic means shaping the future of software in a team that is built for the agentic AI era.

What We’re Building

For AI builders, Jentic is where AI meets APIs, providing a comprehensive solution to intelligently hook AI agents up to unlimited APIs and workflows, with an emphasis on security and reliability. For no-code users, Jentic allows AI agents to be easily created and run, powered by their favourite LLM and Jentic’s backend infrastructure. A product manager can design an agent that updates dashboards and notifies the team. A sales rep can create an agent that books meetings or updates CRM records. A software developer can run a Jentic agent on their own infrastructure, or supercharge their existing agents by integrating Jentic.

Your Role

As our first Growth Engineer, you will:

  • Be an entrepreneurial builder who uses engineering to unlock growth - shipping experiments, prototypes, and systems that drive adoption and retention.
  • Rapidly design, implement, and evaluate growth experiments across product, onboarding, and marketing touchpoints.
  • Hack together creative solutions, tools, and automations that give the team leverage and enable us to move faster.
  • Own our growth metrics: instrument tracking, build dashboards, and surface insights that guide product and go-to-market.
  • Implement and run a structured A/B testing program to validate ideas and optimise funnels.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and growth teams to identify opportunities and translate them into high-impact engineering work.
  • Deeply understand user behaviour and workflows, turning empathy and data into actionable product insights.
  • Define what growth engineering means at Jentic, shaping a function that will become central to our long-term success.

Please note:

We work in-office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs) at our Dublin 2 HQ - we find this supports fast iteration and close collaboration at our stage. Our core hours are 10am to 4pm, with flexibility to start and end your day outside of that window.

Requirements

We’re seeking an exceptional early-career individual who:

  • Has a strong foundation in software engineering (frontend, backend, or full-stack) and can move fast across prototypes, integrations, and systems.
  • Has already hacked together growth experiments - whether in a startup, side project, or high-impact student/early role.
  • Has hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.), and automation platforms.
  • Is entrepreneurial and solution-focused, with a track record of finding creative ways to get things done.
  • Thinks like a product builder - empathetic with users, curious about behaviour, and motivated to improve their experience.
  • Is data-driven: comfortable instrumenting metrics, analysing outcomes, and making decisions based on evidence.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and operates with urgency - biasing toward action, iteration, and impact.
  • Brings ideas, energy, and creativity to the table - excited to try bold things and learn quickly from results.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience with PLG (product-led growth) environments or high-scale SaaS/AI products.
  • Have worked with AI tools or built AI-enabled side projects.
  • Are comfortable with modern web stacks (e.g. React, Next.js, Node, Python, etc.).

  • Developer-focused mission: Build tools that solve real-world problems developers face when integrating AI agents.
  • AI-native culture: Learn how to leverage AI to multiply your effectiveness and help create an organisation that reflects what businesses will look like in the years to come.

Take a First Class Ticket on the AI Train

This is your chance to work on a critical missing piece of the future of AI in a startup led by seasoned founders with a track record of success. Join us in building the essential middleware for AI, and help shape the future of software during the most transformative shift in decades.
