We are looking for a Salon Manager & Senior Hairdresser to join our thriving salon!

Position: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Deliver high-quality hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Train and mentor junior stylists to improve their skills
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Manage appointments, inventory, and salon sales targets
- Uphold salon hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional hairdresser with strong technical skills
- Previous salon management or team leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry and customer service
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy salon environment
- Flexible, reliable, and a team player
