We are a high-performance boutique fitness studio & Hyrox affiliated studio delivering world-class group training experiences in Smithfield, Dublin 7. At F45 Training Grangegorman, our workouts are designed for people who love to move, sweat, and push limits — and we’re building a community that thrives on strength, challenge, and connection.
We’re looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and inspiring Head Coach to lead our coaching team, elevate member performance, and help build out our new personal training offering.
What You’ll Do
As our Head Coach, you’ll be the face of the training floor — driving energy, technique, and culture in every session. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager to grow the business through exceptional coaching, personal training development, and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front: deliver high-quality F45 group classes with energy, precision, and motivation.
- Build and launch our personal training program, including programming, delivery, and client engagement.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and upskilling to the coaching team to ensure consistent excellence.
- Engage with members to maximise performance, track progress, and support their fitness goals.
- Support sales and retention by conducting membership consultations, promoting personal training, and driving trial conversions.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations including scheduling, member management, and admin tasks (customer communications, membership processing, reporting).
- Maintain studio standards for safety, presentation, and five-star client experience.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager on events, challenges, and marketing initiatives to strengthen community and drive growth.
Who You Are
- A qualified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in both personal training and group training environments.
- A confident and charismatic coach who can inspire individuals and lead groups with energy and professionalism.
- Experienced in sales and client consultations, with the ability to convert trials into long-term members.
- Skilled at delivering structured training (strength, conditioning, functional training) and supporting members across all fitness levels.
- Strong communicator who thrives in community-driven environments.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks including membership management.
- A team player who collaborates with the Studio Manager to hit performance targets and grow the business.
Bonus Points If You:
- Work in the are and would have personal training clients to bring with you.
- Have experience with platforms like Mindbody, Glofox, or Loyalsnap.
- Have a background in HYROX, competitive fitness, or performance coaching.

Pay: €22.00-€30.00 per hour
