What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the Catering & Events team with strong communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with chefs, marketing, and other departments to deliver seamless cross-functional events.
- Drive brand awareness by ensuring every event reflects our company values and reputation for excellence.
- Manage event logistics from menu planning to execution, ensuring flawless client experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, turning one-off events into repeat business.
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and procurement while identifying growth opportunities.
