What does a successful Head of Clover, EMEA do?
At Fiserv, a successful Head of Clover, EMEA seamlessly blends leadership and innovation to champion product and market needs across the EMEA region. They drive the Clover product vision, ensuring regional priorities are addressed, and collaborate deeply with global teams to execute strategies that align with our mission to help financial institutions meet their clients' needs. They are proactive partners in possibility, committed to our clients' success by transforming data into actionable insights and delivering enriched experiences.
What you will do:
- Champion EMEA market needs as part of the Clover Global Leadership team.
- Shape and execute on the Clover product vision in EMEA.
- Manage products strategically and tactically through the product lifecycle in close collaboration with the Clover global product team.
- Own the regional product roadmap and ensure its integration into the global product strategy.
- Drive the commercialisation of all aspects of the Clover product in EMEA.
- Define go-to-market strategies and enable sales teams.
- Serve as the primary Clover interface for all Fiserv EMEA channels and JV partners.
What you will need to have:
- Leadership and Strategic Vision: Proven experience in leading product development and management, preferably within fintech or payments industry.
- Product Management Expertise: Strong background in defining product vision, setting roadmaps, and driving requirement definitions.
- Market and Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, training, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and business acumen, with a metrics-driven approach.
- Innovation and Problem-Solving: Creative mindset with the ability to find solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Experience and Education: Relevant degree and significant experience (10-15 years) in product management or related roles.
What would be great to have:
- Experience in the payments or fintech industry
- Hands-on experience in point-of-sale tools, hardware, and software
- E-commerce experience
