As we continue to expand our customer offerings, we are now seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial individual to establish and lead a new Vehicle Leasing Division within our group.

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially astute professional to set up, lead, and grow our vehicle leasing business. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a new business unit within a large and well-supported automotive group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle leasing, including sourcing customers, structuring competitive lease deals, placing agreements with finance providers, and providing outstanding customer lifecycle management.
The role is ideal for someone ready to take the next senior step in their career, with the vision and leadership to build a scalable, high-performing leasing operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Sheils Motor Group Vehicle Leasing Division from the ground up
- Develop and execute a comprehensive leasing strategy, including B2B and B2C offerings
- Source and grow a portfolio of lease customers through direct outreach, marketing, and partnerships
- Work with manufacturers, lenders, and internal teams to develop competitive pricing and secure finance placements
- Oversee the customer leasing journey from proposal through vehicle handover, contract management, and end-of-term renewal or replacement
- Manage relationships with finance houses and leasing funders, ensuring compliance and profitability
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Aftersales to leverage group resources
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and customer satisfaction, and report progress to the executive team

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a vehicle leasing or fleet management role, ideally within the Irish or UK automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of vehicle finance products, pricing structures, and lender relationships
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage customers in both retail and corporate sectors
- Ambition to take full ownership of a business unit with support from a larger group structure
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with leasing software, CRM tools, and digital customer acquisition strategies
