The ideal candidate for this role would have have an outgoing friendly personality, good organisational skills and have previous experience in customer service roles.
The ability to develop professional relationships with all Kingfisher clients is a key part of this exciting role.
The role will involve: Meeting and greeting clients, Managing incoming and outgoing calls, Database management, Cash Handling, Stock control management, Secondary spend development, taking swim lesson and facility bookings. Reception Staff Training.
The role does involve flexible hours, early mornings and late evenings.
Minimum of 1 year Reception/Front of House experience.
