About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our care team full-time. In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, respect, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily tasks
- Support residents with mobility, meals, and hygiene
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behaviour
- Engage in companionship and meaningful interaction
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold dignity and respect
Requirements:
- Relevant QQI Level 5 or equivalent
- Prior care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Right to work in Ireland
