Glenlo Abbey Hotel and Estate is located on the bank of Lough Corrib on a 138-acre estate with the original 18th century manor house dating back to the 1740's. The Hotel comprises of 74 guest bedrooms, 11 Luxury Lodges, Corrib Room (catering for meetings, events, and weddings for up to 170 guests), River Restaurant, Palmers Bar and Kitchen, Oak Cellar Bistro, 2AA Rosette Pullman Restaurant (an original Dining Carriage from the Orient Express), Glo Spa & Wellness, 9 hole Championship Golf Course and a 21 bay driving range.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a confident, organised person who has excellent attention to detail and customer care skills. A flexible attitude towards shift work is essential as midweek and weekend work is involved.
A clean full Drivers license is Preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Guest Services and Guest Relations
- Assisting with guest luggage
- Have complete knowledge of hotel and guest facilities
- Assist meeting room organiser where required
- Assist with hotel welcome
- Liaise with reception and Housekeeping in relation to room drops
- General cleaning and maintaining public areas of hotel
- Room service duties as they arrrise
