We are recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist to deliver high standards of service within this 53 bedroom historic hotel, creating fantastic memories for our guests. Your role will involve welcoming and rooming guests, dealing with guest enquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction on departure. The ideal candidate will offer a high standard of customer services, be an individual who is passionate about exceeding our customer's needs and who can work well in a small team, be smart and well presented with an attentive manner.
Receptionist Main Responsibilities: To have a good knowledge and understanding of all hotel facilities and outlets. To maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. To ensure smooth check in and out of guests. Ensure the telephone is answered politely and any calls forwarded to the correct department. To ensure all reservations for accommodation and restaurants are dealt with in a professional manner. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Front of House system. (training will be given) Prepare guest accounts accurately prior to departure. Responsible for the reception float and daily banking.
