CRM Properties Ltd is currently seeking applications for the role of Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our properties, including B&Bs and short-term accommodations near Kent Station in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report any concerns related to cleanliness, pest control, or customer queries to the Property Manager, and where appropriate, resolve minor issues independently in the manager’s absence.
- Act responsibly at all times and cooperate fully with regulatory bodies in the best interest of our service and guests.
- Demonstrate respect, dignity, and professionalism towards tenants and their families at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information such as accommodation bookings, contact details, pricing, and other company-related data.
- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Complete daily cleaning duties as outlined in the role-specific task list.
- Adhere to a high standard of personal and workplace hygiene in line with company policies and schedules.
- Undertake general cleaning duties as directed by the Supervisor and assist with food preparation and serving when required.
- Report equipment faults to the Lead Housekeeper or Facilities Manager and ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality setting
- Good spoken and written English
- A strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Flexibility and willingness to assist across duties as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
