Overview: We are seeking a motivated ICT Business Analyst to join a growing Asian retail/wholesale business in County Dublin. This role requires a multilingual candidate who can analyse and design business processes and systems, integrate them with digital tools, and support ongoing improvements aligned with business goals.
Description: As an ICT Business Analyst, you will evaluate current systems, gather and document requirements, and implement effective ICT solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive system improvements and support process changes from planning to rollout. A strong grasp of Asian market practices and user expectations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve business processes using modelling tools.
- Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct impact and cost-benefit analyses for ICT solutions.
- Collaborate with users and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Translate business needs into actionable ICT requirements.
- Ensure compliance with digital system regulations and product usage risk standards.
