Job Summary

We are looking for a new Import/Export Analyst employee to be based in Cork (Ireland)

The role:

Our Air Freight team based in Cork have an exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Analyst to join their team to process international & domestic shipments for import & export.

What a typical day looks like:

• Successful execution of import and export shipments, ensuring you meet and exceed expectations.
• Maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing customer service and operational excellence solutions in relation to individual shipping queries or delays, highlighting critical problems to management.
• Manage and maintain relevant systems and documentation ensuring files are invoiced accurately, records are updated, and all transaction adhere to company, IATA security and Government regulations.

The experience/Qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• 1-2 years freight/import/export work experience and also of liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers
• Proficient on Windows, Excel, Word and has working knowledge of ERP & warehouse / shipping systems
• Strong individual with good attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Hard working with a team mentality & good written & verbal communication skills
• Well organised, flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU)

Nice to have:

• Degree, Diploma in logistics or supply chain
