· Act as Liaison with staff report to Client Service Manager (CSM).
· Act as the face of the Company, always representing the Company in a positive and professional manner.
· Adhering to set uniform standards whilst ensuring employees adhere to same.
· Checking all areas of all the building(s) ensuring the standard of cleaning is high and as per site specification.
· You must work in the best interest of OIC with a view to working with and always providing a professional service to clients.
· Ensure all contracted hours are worked. Any Variation to the contracted hours & times of work must be approved by the CSM
· Assist CSM with recruitment as required.
· Report any issues to CSM
· Ensure all jobs for each specification in each area are completed within the allocated timeframe as per specification.
· Partake in any training and workshops provided for you by the Company.
· Assist CSM in providing training and probation reviews for new employees.
· Ensure all OIC employees adhere to OIC Health & Safety Rules.
· Assist CSM in completing fortnightly payroll.
· Ensure OIC Employees have relevant stock & equipment required to complete works.
· Ensure stock is ordered one week in advance to CSM.
· Ensure all staff arrive & leave on time.
· Take on any ad-hoc responsibilities as might be requested by the company.
· Assist CSM in arranging holiday, sick leave and cover employees
Check that all sanitary bins have been collected monthly and report to Manager monthly
Job Types: Full-time - Early Mornings 7am -11am & 4.30pm-8.30pm Evenings Monday to Friday ***IMMEDIATE START**
Salary: from €15 per hour
