Take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing robust infrastructure solutions across DP World’s European operations. As Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee strategic planning, vendor management, and project delivery, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and operational excellence.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity at DP World within our Group Technology team. We are recruiting an Infrastructure Manager to report to the Senior Director, Infrastructure Core Platforms, Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects, solution design, vendor management, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environments across Europe.
How You Will Contribute
Infrastructure Leadership & Strategy
Lead infrastructure management and project delivery across DP World Europe.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure solutions.
Align infrastructure strategy with business goals and industry best practices.
Define and manage infrastructure budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
Conduct strategic planning and architecture reviews to support business growth.
Project & Service Delivery
Manage multiple global IT projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to allocate resources effectively.
Oversee disaster recovery planning, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
Produce and present project reports, KPIs, and post-incident documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong relationships with internal IT teams and external customers.
Act as escalation point for major incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular reviews with customer IT contacts on performance and improvements.
Support customer requirements for new business and compliance audits.
Vendor & Technology Management
Evaluate IT vendors, conduct proof of concepts, and lead commercial negotiations.
Ensure vendor performance aligns with contractual obligations and service levels.
Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their strategic application.
What You Will Bring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in infrastructure management with broad technical exposure.
Proven track record in risk management, business continuity, and uptime delivery.
Experience managing complex IT projects and vendor relationships.
Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and infrastructure planning tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Hindi) are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
