We have a fantastic career opportunity for a motivated self-starter to take on the role of Inside Sales Executive at our Cork office.
This is an exciting hands-on role, proactively developing leads, dealing with customers directly and providing support to our field sales team.
There is ample opportunity for the successful candidate to bring new ideas and to put their own mark on this position.
Roles and key responsibilities
- Developing new sales opportunities using email, cold calls and lead follow up to support the field sales team
- Answering customer’s questions and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Continue to grow our forklift driver training department which includes calling customers and generating sales for this division
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and customers
- Completing paperwork up to and including invoicing
- Support company lead generation initiatives
- General sales office administration
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Telesales
- Be very comfortable in a sales role, calling customers and developing leads
- The ability to prioritise the workload and pro-actively deal with tasks as they arise
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, CRM would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Work to individual sales targets
