Inside Sales Manager
Job Overview
Ntron, based in Navan, is seeking an experienced and driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales Executives, Sales Administration Team, and Sales Support Team. This pivotal role is responsible for driving sales performance, streamlining sales processes, and ensuring exceptional support across the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a customer-focused mindset, capable of managing cross-functional teams and aligning day-to-day operations with strategic sales goals. Primary duties include:
· Lead, coach, and manage the Inside Sales Executives and Sales Administration team.
· Drive inside sales performance to achieve revenue and customer growth targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices.
· Oversee accurate and efficient order processing, quotations, and administrative support.
· Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance feedback and reporting.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support sales activities.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
· Manage CRM usage to maintain accurate sales data and forecasting.
· Resolve escalated customer or process issues swiftly and effectively.
· Recruit, train, and retain top inside sales and support talent.
Requirements, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Business Qualification Preferred.
- Instrumentation experience would be a distinct advantage.
