Our client is looking to appoint a committed and experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team in Malahide. In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of personal insurance clients, delivering excellent service while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. The position is varied and involves direct client engagement, policy management, renewals, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, including motor, home, and travel insurance.
- Administer policies, covering renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, and client enquiries.
- Provide quotes and place new business, ensuring all advice is compliant and of the highest standard.
- Keep client records accurate and up-to-date in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland (CPC) requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all points of contact.
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters to secure suitable and competitive terms.
- Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell products where appropriate.
Skills & Experience Required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a comparable Personal Lines role, with specific experience in motor and household insurance.
- APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification is essential; CIP qualification is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Applied Relay software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-focused approach.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a regulated environment.
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative team player.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
