We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Apprentice as part of the Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship Programme – Ireland’s first-degree level apprenticeship in financial services.
This "earn and learn" opportunity allows you to work full-time in our insurance team while studying part-time online through ATU Sligo and the Insurance Institute. Over the three years, you’ll gain practical, real-world experience, earn a Level 8 BA (Hons) degree, and receive a full-time salary of €27,000 per annum.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers with insurance queries and policy management
- Assisting in underwriting, renewals, claims handling, and compliance tasks
- Learning to assess risk, analyze data, and recommend insurance solutions
- Developing communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
