Hannon Greene Ltd is an independently owned Insurance Broker. We have two busy offices located in Inishowen, namely Carndonagh and Buncrana, Co. Donegal. We have been successfully arranging insurance for clients both locally and nationally for the past 22 years.
We are looking for new employees to join our team who can confidently and diligently engage with our customers over the phone and in person.
Ideally the suitable candidate will have previous experience working in an Insurance Brokers, and hold the APA Qualification. Candidates working in a similar customer facing role or who in the past , have held such positions and are looking to rejoin the workforce and are willing to work toward APA Qualifications may also be considered.
Accountabilities of the Role
- Advising customers on Personal Insurance such as Car, Van, Home and Travel
- Drafting quotations and renewals
- Claims processing
- Complying with Central Bank regulations that are relevant to this role
- Detail orientated
Skills Knowledge Required
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Strong Communication skills both written & oral
- Be able to multi-task but ensuring attention to details is maintained throughout.
- Excellent PC skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €27,300.00-€29,250.00 per year
