Your Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic Ireland Sales Team as Internal Sales Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, customer service, and driving commercial success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales and stores teams to build and maintain a high-performing, motivated unit.
- Champion excellence in customer service, ensuring that all interactions exceed expectations.
- Drive performance by achieving and surpassing customer service KPIs.
- Provide high-quality commercial support to the field sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and outstanding service delivery.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support and achieve company-wide objectives.
About you
Essential Experience
- Working in customer service / sales orientated background,
- Managing and building competent and capable teams
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in working in manufacturing background or associated sector
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate – Level 3
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering-related qualification
- Management qualification or other professional management training (or working towards) eg CMI/ILM
