Ergo are seeking an IT Operations Director for a permanent hybrid role in South Dublin . The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of technical and sales teams and should have a strong technical background in M365 , IT Security standards and network solutions. As part of the Management group you will input into company strategy and service offerings.
This is a new role which has been created due to exceptional recent growth.
What will you do?

- Ensure projects are completed in line with customer expectations and quality standards.
- Acting as the escalation point for technical issues.
- Incident management and reporting
- Training of the engineering team
- Process and service delivery improvement
- Manage Sales & Account Management team
- New product evaluation
- Assess industry trends to identify improvements in service delivery
- Provide input into technical direction of the company in terms of strategy and management
You should have experience in the following:
- Managing technical teams of Engineers
- Systems Administration of M365 solutions
- Cyber Security standards including ISO27001
- Networking / Firewalls
- Disaster recovery
- Experience in an MSP environment a real advantage
